I facilitated a technology/audio based weight loss program during the mid to late 90s. One of the things that resonated with me was that drinking the appropriate amount of water flushes as much fat as a 20 minute workout. And moving away from a town that served up orange water, I’ve since become an avid drinker. I’ve had to retake occupational drug tests become my urine is “too diluted.” I’ve learned to take a B vitamin a couple hours before the test to add the expected yellow color and cover up the clearness.
