Smoothie sounds good but I have a question. Is the sweet potato cooked first? If not, I don’t think a blender will get the sweet potato finely chopped. Thanks.
I had same question – and the sweet potato in picture looks white – is this a different variety? Thank you!
That is a good question. However we know the beneficial enzymes will be killed off if we cook it
what’s the pale yellow ingredient in the picture? were’s the sweet potato?
Is it 1/2 Cup sweet potato or 1/2 a sweet potato and if so how big? Our sweet potato’s are orange.
Hi is the sweet potato raw or cooked? In the photo it looks as if it is cooked.
Agreed.
To me it looks like its a yellow sweet potato. There are yellow, orange, purple and red where I am. I believe if she meant a cup of sweet potato she would have said a cup. I am going to try this with half a sweet potato – I have some orange ones in the cupboard, all the other ingredients and include some honey as well.
Folks look at the photo. it shows a 1/2 cup of sweet potato
It’s 1/2 a sweet potato : )
Thats the carrot you are talking about…..and yes…there are very pale sweet potatoes, I just had sone.
4 cups a day?? Thats kind of expensive for me. Ill stick with the turmeric.
Are both the carrot and sweet potato raw? I cannot tell.
How many carbs are in this?
There are different kinds of sweet potatoes, they sell a sweet pot., at Trader Joes that is purple on the outside and white on the inside. IT IS DELICIOUS! probably the one in the picture. Cooks better and not as soft as a orange sweet potatoes when cooked.
