I used to use the lemon in the morning but have now moved onto a shot (30ml) of ACV with a glass of water 1st thing – may look to combine the salt, lemon & ACV and get all 3 in 1 hit !
Been using the juice of about six lemons a day, in two serves morning and evening since I had a heart attack about six months ago. I have noticed my hair is losing some of the grey in it.

Refined salt yes not this one.
Drink with a straw because lemon juice is acidic and can erode enamel on your teeth and also cause yellow stains
I can see some poor people in the Himalayas harvesting this salt at $2 a day, who much is given much is expected.
I have been using lemon juice, Himalayan salt, black pepper, ACV and turmeric for years. I think the turmeric helped shrink my cancer tumors (can’t prove it) and it just wakes me up and gets me going in the morning. Also, I no longer have GERD, which used to be a real problem for me.
