  1. interesting article. Is the black pepper oil to help absorption of the turmeric compounds across the gut wall?. turmeric is notoriously bad at being absorbed and studies have shown black pepper (namely bioprine compounds within it) help increase absorption rates.

  2. I havn’t tried this one but I use in equal parts, turmeric roots, ginger roots and whole pepper corn. I put the pepper thru my coffee grinder and the roots thru a food processor then mix all together with some honey and coconut oil.
I had stopped using it for about 2 weeks and saw a big difference so went back on this combination. It really helps. So I would say the mix here mentioned should work just as well.

  3. I buy about 6 ounces of each and put the ginger and turmeric through my thermomix, then grind the peppercorn in my coffee grinder then mix it all together and add a few tablespoon of honey and coconut oil.

  4. I JUST DO THE GINGER, TURMERIC, PEPPER GROUND AND SOMETIMES HONEY INTO CAPSULES I BUY AT THE DRUG STORE..HAVEN’T TRIED THE COCONUT OIL

  5. Where do you buy the ginger essential oil? The one I saw at Mother’s Market I was told was not for consumption.
